Tsonic 610 is not working well!

I have a tsonic 610 mp3 player with 2GB. Its not playing complete songs, when the charge is low the song wont play, when connected to computer it keeps on getting hung. I am not able to copy new files or i am not able to delete the existing files. kindly suggeest a solution for these problems.

Upgrade to new version of firmware. I think the latest is ver 3.4. Good luck.

Safely remove the hardware.

Open the secondary storage device.
Copy and paste the songs that you like to listen.
Safely remove the hardware.
That's it. Now you can enjoy with Tsonic 840

T.sonic 610 MP3... Problem:

sir, for switching on the device u need to hold the play button for a couple of seconds.if ir is switching off after some time, then it means the power is not sufficient. you need to charge it well.

Transcend Tsonic 610 MP3 format

To format the player you will need to connect it to a PC using a USB cable. The player will then be shown as a removable drive in my computer. Right-click and choose format. Thats it. Be aware that this will erase all of your data including songs, play lists etc.,

Effect of formatting Tsonic 610 on XP

Don't worry!

Go to http://www.transcendusa.com/Support/DLCenter/index.asp

select your model and apply the firmware, following the instructions...

I had the same problem and this fixed it.
