I hv Trancsend I POD whcich is not working .It is working while charging but once i remove it from charging it get turned off & never starts untill i keep it on charging.I t get hot within 5-10 minutes while charging.
Please let me know the adrees of service centre in pune

Hey, I encountered the same problem just before with my T sonic 630. I bought it just 3 days ego. At last I pressed reset button with a needle of a pen...... To my amaze, it started switching on and computer also able to detect it. You can try this..... if you do not mind losing the stored data in that( if in case-- but I didn't lose)

my T.sonic 630 2GB mp3 player when switched ON hangs in the middle while starting. it hangs only displaying Tsonic with no memory information. also it is not detected by PC. when i press the volume decrease button for few second, it shows usb device not recognized.... what should i do... also it is not in warranty
