The video shows one way, but the easy way is open it with the back up key, and the battery compartment is in the door. Replace the batteries and reset the combination, but make sure you do it with the door open.

If your Sentry Supreme 5330 safe is not opening, there could be a few possible reasons why:
Combination Error: If you are using a combination to open the safe, make sure that you are entering the correct combination. If you have forgotten the combination, you will need to contact Sentry Safe customer service to get assistance on how to recover or reset your combination.
Dead Batteries: If you have an electronic lock on your safe, the batteries may be dead. Replace the batteries and try again.
Jammed Bolts: The locking bolts may be jammed due to incorrect operation or a mechanical problem. Try tapping the safe door gently with a rubber mallet to loosen the bolts and then try to open it.
Mechanical Malfunction: If the safe still does not open, there may be a mechanical malfunction. In this case, you will need to contact a professional safe technician to diagnose and repair the problem.
Note: If you have lost your key, you will need to contact Sentry Safe customer service to order a replacement key.
If it is a Dial Combination safe, you will need a locksmith, or contact the maker for the default combination from when it was new.
For an electronic safe, they are easy to open. First, there is a hidden keyhole and someone has the key to it.
Or you can bounce it open or use a rare earth puck magnet to open it.
First, this isn't a riding lawnmower!
Second, you need proof of ownership to get a combination from any safe company. Unless the safe is built in to the house which you might have some leeway.
All I had to do is GOOGLE liberty safe and found their website, first thing on the list!
1. You can store valuables and cash in a safety deposit box (SDB) outside your home or business in a secure location.
2. You not have to purchase and install and maintain an expensive and heavy safe at home.
3. Very few people will ever know you have a SDB.
4. The vault is much more likely to be far more secure than nearly all home safe and most business safe installations.
Downsides.......
1. It costs money to rent a SDB in a secure vault and less convenient than a secure home or business premises safe.
2. Your property is only accessible when the vault is open for business which is likely to be less than 24 hours but that depends on the operator.
All you have to do is find your owners manual the sentry safe combination was posted in. Unless you locked it the safe as happens all the time. After all that is the safest place for it right. Or you can just call a locksmith service tech with the serial numbers
