Hp 1350 gear reset - HP PSC 1350 All-In-One Thermal Printer

HP "series" numbering can be somewhat confusing, but Windows 7 does have the correct driver for your printer.
For the HP PSC 1350, you will need to use the 1300 series driver.

The 1310 series driver is for models numbered 131x (e.g., 1315, 1318).

unplug the printer from power source
open the upper cover
move the CR cartridge carfully at the right position look inside is there any broken pices

Resetting a Hp printer means switching off the machine, removing the cartridges, disconnecting the usb cable and the power chord, leave it off for few minutes then restarting it again without usb cable connected to it and without cartridges installed. You need to press the power button while it boots up. Leave it one for few minutes and again turn it off. Reinstall the cartridges and plug in the usb cable, again Power On the printer. That's all.
But there's another thing when you say all lights are blinking/flashing, there is chance that there's an internal faulty. Clean the cartridges contact point and the contact points on the printer. If possible, clean the printer thoroughly, including the waste ink tank. This will let you help find out the culprit.

sir hp printer there is no reset option for that.

Those cartridges have electronics inside to tell the printer when they are empty, there's no guage inside the cartridge. Online you might find ways to reset your cartridge, but the best is to buy a new cartridge.

Check the gear on the left side of your printer where the disk encoder strip is attach,the gear is not holding the metal shaft your need to replace that gear. The problem is in the inner hole where the shafting is attached.
