First need to take off the SD card; default settign make the SD card as main stored when this is inside the camera.
Take off the SD card and send the internal memory pics at pc folder (use USB connection); insure that the pics are in this pc folder, them delete the files in "internal memory".
Take on the SD card inside tha camera and send pics from pc folder at camera, confirm that the pics are there.
The pictures are in the internal memory? If so you need to purchase a memory card for that camera and transfer the internal memory pictures to the memory card and then you will be able to download them to the computer. Your camera takes a SD or a SDHC memory card make sure it's unlocked and formatted to the camera the instructions for formatting are in your manual Here is a diagram to makes sure the switch on the SD card is in the unlock position Diagram
Hi, I have the similar s8000fd and I transfer pics from internal memory by taking out the sd card then connect to a spare usb socket on computer, then switch camera on.
To transfer pics from internal memory to sd card - leave sd card in, switch on camera (playback mode), press menu, select copy, select 'internal memory to sd card', 'select frame' or 'all frames'. It should say 'copy ok?' Press OK.
You've filled your 32 mb internal memory. You need to either transfer those photos to your computer via your usb cord, or delete them using your camera control buttons. If you buy a 2 gb SD card, you will be able to take pictures on it, and the internal pictures will remain. I would walk you through the steps, but I have a different make (Olympus), but consult the manual that came with your camera, it will tell you how.
Actually, you can do it without the cable. You need to have the card inside your camera with at least ONE picture. Hit play. Press menu. Scroll down until you see COPY and then choose "Internal to SD Card" Hit All Frames. Hit OK. Done. Cheers, V+
im not sure on yours but on mine there is a option for copying a picture
under the menu just go to the pic you want on the externa. memory and
go to your menu find copy picture and then it will copy to it
do you have the ability to attempt transfering the pictures onto another computer
maybe its just that computer
what type of card reader are you using
is it factory installed or aftermarket
try installing a different card and see it you can transfer pictures from your camera to the computer then
maybe its a file type(format)problem
theres what i have good luck
let me know how it goes
Hi there. Here is how you do it.
Go into the menu and navigate to the Copy screen.
Choose an option. One is to copy pictures from the camera's internal memory to the SD card, and the other is copy from the SD card to the camera's internal memory. Then press OK. On the next screen, you have two option choices, either copy all images, or selected images.
Hope that helps.
If the pictures are stuck in your internal camera memory, you will need a cord to get them off unelss you can transfer them to your memory card first. You should be able to copy the pics there.
