Hi

This is a problem with the memory. Contact nsm music and ask for the IC5 battery, £35. " 2 minute job, open the jukebox, immiediatly in front of you on the main board, look for IC5, The battery is directly under the writing. A black battery about 2" in length. Replace that power up and your done. A jukebox repair will charge you some riddiculous price for this. hope this helps cheers dandares

If your NSM Performer Classic jukebox is not accepting money and playing music, there could be a few different issues that could be causing this problem. Here are a few things you can try:

Check the coin mechanism: Make sure the coin mechanism is clean and in good working order, and that the coin chute is not blocked.
Check the bill acceptor: Make sure the bill acceptor is clean and in good working order, and that the bill path is not blocked.
Check the credit display: Make sure the credit display is working properly and that it is displaying the correct amount of credits.
Check the software: Make sure the software on the jukebox is up to date and that there are no errors.
