likely yes. does not sound like coincidence. try this: search ebay for an AS-IS item for $1 and use it for part-swapping. first to swap-the main circuit board holding the micro chip.

I don't know - that sort of information is likely to be known only by a privileged few and some enthusiasts. I suggest you remove the defective tube or bulb and take the details from it if they are still legible or otherwise pack it carefully and take it to your local electrical supplier to be matched.
Be aware many lamps are available in different colour temperatures such as warm white, daylight white or cool white and it would be well to pay attention to this detail.

In the case of a fluorescent lamp it is a good idea to replace the starter at the same time as the tube or bulb...

Hi

This is a problem with the memory. Contact nsm music and ask for the IC5 battery, £35. " 2 minute job, open the jukebox, immiediatly in front of you on the main board, look for IC5, The battery is directly under the writing. A black battery about 2" in length. Replace that power up and your done. A jukebox repair will charge you some riddiculous price for this. hope this helps cheers dandares

If this an older unit such as what I had growing up, then I suspect that the motor may actually be running, but the mechanical selection gear is not engaging. Sometimes, I was able to engage it by turning and holding the selector knob until the gear engaged. If the motor is not running, then it may be removed by pulling the turntable (not just the platter, but the whole unit) up until you feel a catch. There are holders that flip up under the turntable unit allowing it to be further raised up and out. These holders are only able to be accessed from the bottom of the turntable unit, so the back of the cabinet must be removed first, so that you can reach them. If I am referring to a different player tell me, and we can go from there.
