Question about Samsonite Large Dial Travel Sentry Combo Lock

Samsonite luggage why is there a key hole on our coded combination lock on the samsonite spinner.there is no key suplied?

That keyhole is so that TSA can open that lock and take it off. They only time they would do that is if your are flying on a plane and the bag is in checked luggage and it needs to be searched.

How to change the 3 digit code of my samsonite ?
Luggage manufacturer Samsonite offers a variety of business, personal, travel products and accessories. Many Samsonite pieces such as attaches and other bags include a three-digit, built-in combination lock. When purchased, the locks are set on a factory default combination that you can change as often as you wish.

STEP 1
Turn the number dials to the previously set combination, or to "0-0-0", the factory default combination for Samsonite luggage.

STEP 2
Locate the reset button, usually placed to the side of the combination dials.

STEP 3
Press the reset button and hold it while rotating the number dials to the desired combination. Set this to a sequence easy for you to remember but hard for others to figure out.

STEP 4
Release the reset button after you set the numbers to the new combination.

STEP 5
Test the combination by turning the dials to the new code to open the lock. If the combination does not open the lock, repeat Steps 1 through 4 and test the lock again. If you still can't open the lock, contact Samsonite Customer Service at 800-765-2247.

As I have suggested to others give it to a young child with promise of a gift they will open it in no time.

I have forgotten combination tomy suitcase and it is locked how can i get it unlocked
Start at 000 and go up one number at a time until it opens or reachest 999.. it will take some time. .. good luck.

I have bought a spinner 75/28 and can not change the lock ?
I'm not sure of this model, but on codelocks there is normally a small hendel on the inside. Put this in a locked position and you may set the code as you wish and then release the hendel to "lock" the code.

I cannot open my luggage. It seems to me the combination system is locked inside and its impossible to open the luggage.the three combination numbers can be moved from 1 to 0 but it dooes not open.what can...

I lost my keys to my Samsonite 29" Spinner luggage bag and I locked myself out of it. Help!
file an old key with a small 'L' tip or do the same with a hacksaw blade. The tip should be appx 1/2" x 1/8" with the 'L' on the tip. Try several tip sizes. Spray some oil inside first.
