You may have forget your password
you can reset your password by using these three options
1. reset your password using alternate email id
2. reset your password using security questions
3. reset your password using your phone number

Sign in with chosen nme and when it comes to entering password click forgot password and then follow the instructions , but if you have forgotten your sign in name phone sky directly and ask them for info.

Sorry, but we can't see your email unless you forward it, or give us your password. If you can't see your email because you've forgotten your password, click the "password" link in the "Forgotten your username or password?" just below the password field in the sky.com sign-in page.

if you have forgotten your password or email adress linked to skype
open skype in the top you should see a help tab click on that another page will open
get help:Answers and support another page will open with HELP TOPICS column with a i forgot my password listed click that another page will open with I FORGOT MY PASSWORD COLUMN remember my email adress and i do not remember my email adress among the list

Log into Sky webmail, click mail settings, forwarding and pop/imap
enable IMAP.

iPhone:
Configure your mail client:

1. Tap Settings.
2. Tap Mail.
3. Tap Add Account.
4. Tap Other. (Note: Don't tap Sky Email; if you do, you'll set up POP rather than IMAP. We are aware of this issue and are currently working to make setting up Sky Email more intuitive for the iPhone).
5. Make sure that:
- The IMAP tab is highlighted
- Host Name is imap.tools.sky.com
- Username is your full Sky Email address, including '@sky.com'
- For Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP), Host Name is smtp.tools.sky.com

6. Tap Save.

And you've finished. You can verify your Advanced settings by tapping Settings, then [your Sky Email IMAP Account] followed by Advanced.

Incoming Settings:
- Use SSL: ON
- Authentication: password
- Server Port: 993 for IMAP.

Outgoing Settings:
- Use SSL: ON
- Authentication: Password
- Server Port: 465

Hi!

Press the reset button for 10 seconds. It set the factory default
settings. The router will erase all information, the DSL settings too.

After that you can login in with the default password, via web
interface:

http://192.168.1.1

username: admin
password: admin

The default username and password is admin/admin.
