I want to replace the compressor on my central air conditioner. it is model# waka-024jaz. how many btu do I need?

Mabe when lifting the unit by the copper lines you bent them, force them back down and line up again!

If this unit is located outdoors then it is your condensor fan. Can you hear the compressor come on? If not it could be the capacitor is bad,
If compressor comes on but fan does not, it is most likely your fan.

many, many. Is the outside unit running? If it is, is the compressor running? Feel the refrigerant lines leaving the unit. Little one should be warm. Big one should be cold, probably sweating.
