I cant figure out how to open my razr to check the battery...

try taking out the triple A batteries and leaving the calculator to sit with them out for a minute or so, replace them and check if it's fixed. If that doesn't work you can do the same, but take out the small button back up battery as well. If you're still not having luck you should call ti cares (800-842-2737) they're usually helpful.

did you pull battery to clear memory,,take it out and reinstall and turn on,,most likley memory lock, hope this helps

Pull out the battery *while the phone is on*. Wait 15 secs then put battery back in and turn phone on. That should fix it.

the mobile needs to be reflash....take it to a mobile service center or professional mobile technician and have that done.

Remove the back cover, remove the battery and remove the Sim Card and Memory if you have it, now put the Sim card back in put the battery back in and try and power up, if it powers up add the memory back in. if it dose not power up try to plug in the charger and power it on if this dose not work go to you local Service Provider and have them check the battery. if the battery checks out ok then you will need to replace the Phone.

to send ringtones using multi-media message, you need to check with your carrier/srvice provider if they support this feature on your phone. if you are trying to send using bluetooth, power off your phone and take out the battery for few seconds put the battery back in, power on and try sending. if does not work, reset the phone to its original manufacturer setting. Well, it sounds like something might have been locked. Read you instruction manual. if its not locked, Id say to take it back
