Hi, I want to connect my Canoscan LiDE 25Flatbed scanner to my laptop but I cannot locate my CD-ROM disk. Is there any other way to get that information so that my laptop will automatically install the scanner?

Once on the USA Canon driver download page for your model, you will need to select the OS from the drop-down. Then the applicable downloads will show up.
The american site doesn't seem to work at least when I tried. You can download the same driver from the European site, which seems to work.

Click on the Link below, takes you to Canons site. Download and install the Twain Driver and Download and install the Cano Scan Tool Box. These will restore your ability to scan.

Download the driver from the Internet directly. Or make a copy of the disk on to another CD or on to a Thumbdrive and install software!
