These numbers belong to your car and once you have them DON'T loose them because in Australia some dealers charge a fee and some don't.... Do you have it set on low power? There is a power setting in the menu that will fix that problem.

yes its possible that the termostat got damaged ,ive personaly never seen-it but i guess if it went really hot it could appen how ever try to see if who ever replaced the rad ,it possible that he forgot to plug bach the rad fan

The breaks look great but how are the rotors, are they warped. Sometimes you can not look and see an obvious warp. you may need to just have the rotors turned or replaced. I personaly never have rotors turned, I only replace them.
