SMART Failuer predicted on Hard Disk 2: TOSHIBA MK3259GSXP -(S1)

Copy all the data from the drive to another drive because this one is predicted to fail very soon. Format the drive. That might work, but unlikely since SMART is a hardware problem and format is more of a software driven solution. It has some elements of a hardware issue, but not enough to fix most SMART problems. A low level format might help, but that is not a DIY.

What is that problem?? and how to troubleshoot this my computer, the model is neo M1110 noteboke.

just means its time to backup all your information, as if the hard drive does fail theres a good chance you may lose some or all of your information.
hard drives aint that expensive around 30 pounds +
and you can replace it with any sata hard drive.

You may continue on and boot the system.

However it is time to backup the data on that drive and replace it.

the S.M.A.R.T system is a warning.

Unfortunately it sounds like Your hard drive has gone bad. If this is the Hard Drive that contains your operating system you would have to replace Hard Drive and then replace Operating system using your Restore cd's.

This is a warning that the hard disk could fail at any moment. This warning means you should back up your data frequently so that in the event of a disk failure you won't lose your data.

SMART is the system that monitors the health of a hard disk, in your case  it's close to complete failure. Follow immediately what that warning message says - copy all your data to some DVD's, replace the hd and reinstall.

S.M.A.R.T. (Self-Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology) is a diagnostic method originally developed by IBM that at that time referred to as "Predictive Failure Analysis". This technology was developed for IBM mainframe drives to give advanced warning of drive failures. Based on this diagnostic, Compaq announced IntelliSafeTM, which was submitted to the ATA/IDE standards committees and the resulting standard was named S.M.A.R.T.
S.M.A.R.T. analyzes many of the mechanical attributes; over time, some failures can be predicted by detecting if the hard disk drive is moving out of tolerance. While the S.M.A.R.T. technology can detect upcoming issues, not all hard drive failures are predictable.


All this means on most modern drives is the hard drive is coming close to the maximum tolerances

I usually switch off in the bios smart monitoring.

This system is trying to predict a possible failure, which may or may not occur..

here's what you should do.. first, as mentioned, you should backup all your important files in another drive or an optical drive... once you have done it, format your hard drive and perform scans to check the error.. during scan, you will see errors on it and you may not be able to fix it since the drive is internally damaged.. purchase a new one ok? just make sure to backup all your files..
