Sorry that is the monitor's product number and model #. the model # of the power cord/adapter is : LAD6019AC3 it is made by Linearity 1 i think. I have the monitor too but it is broken. I keep stuff forever so even if you see this post a year after i made it email me anyway.
Do you still have this AC Adapter? I am interested to buy it. Thanks

It's not a standard cord it has an adapter and a tiny three prong input into the monitor. Hard to find.
