i hope by now you have this problem fixed if not

the Drum/ITB motor is locked up or has gone bad.. this will need a service call placed on it in order to get it fixed.

on ir5570 error ,,E000110-001,,is polygon motor

You can start by downloading this software, a new driver dated April 7, 2009
canon driver for the ir 8500

I looked up the e000 and it said it's for the fuser using not heating up and 001 error code and it is that the fuser unit is overheating. So seem to me you have a bad fuser unit.
