I looked up the e000 and it said it's for the fuser using not heating up and 001 error code and it is that the fuser unit is overheating. So seem to me you have a bad fuser unit.
last thing I can think of is the sensor connecting the fuser or the printers control board itself has gone bad. last thing I can think of is the sensor connecting the fuser or the printers control board itself has gone bad.

Description
The main thermistor reading does not reach 40C 14 sec after the fixing heater goes ON (fixing low temperature error)
Remedy
1) Wiring Is the connection of the connector (CN8) on the power supply PCB and the connector (J103) on the DC controller PCB and the wiring to the fixing assembly normal? NO : Correct the connection and wiring. 2) Fixing assembly Try replacing the fixing assembly. Is the fault corrected? YES : End. 3) Power supply PCB, DC controller PCB Try repacking the power supply PCB. Is the fault corrected? YES : End. NO : Replace the DC controller PCB. 4) Error With the power switch ON, clear E000 through E004; then, turn off and then on the power switch.
Heater temperature error (abnormal drop; low-temperature detection)
The main thermistor reading is lower than 140°C when paper is moved. Main cause: The fixing film unit is faulty (i.e., the main thermistor (TH1) has poor contact or has an open circuit; or, the fixing heater is faulty). The main power supply PCB is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty. Caution: To clear the error, execute the following in service mode: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR. Action: 1. State Turn on the power switch, and clear E002/E003. Thereafter, turn off and then on the power switch. Does the fixing heater operate? NO: See "The fixing heater fails to operate." 2. Wiring Is the wiring from the DC controller PCB to the fixing film unit normal? NO: Correct the wiring. 3. Fixing film unit, DC controller PCB Try replacing the fixing film unit. Is the problem corrected? YES: End. NO: Replace the DC controller PCB.
WHAT: Either the main thermistor doesn't attain 30?C 1 second after the power switch is activated or it doesn't attain 70?C 2 seconds thereafter.
WHY: It has a faulty fixing film unit, lack of connectivity with the main thermistor, lack of connectivity with the fixing heater, a faulty main power supply PCB, or the DC controller PCB is faulty.
NOTE: You can reset the error by performing the following in service mode: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR.
CONNECTOR FIX: Make sure that the connector of the fixing assembly is seated.
A. main power supply PCB (J8) relay connector heater
B. DC controller PCB (J320) relay connector thermistor
FIXING FILM UNIT (THERMISTOR) FIX: With a multimeter, check the interval between pin 1 & pin 2 & between pin 3 & pin 4 of the connector (4-pin) of the thermistor for electrical continuity. A result of ?? means that the circuit is open (lack of connectivity). Resolve this by replacing the fixing film unit.
MAIN POWER SUPPLY PCB, DC CONTROLLER PCB FIX: Press the Start key. If the drive voltage of the heater is supplied by the connector J8 of the main power supply PCB, then the main power supply PCB should be replaced. If not, then the thermistor control mechanism is faulty & the DC controller PCB should be replaced. Use the following to ascertain this:
Main heater: between J8-1 (FSR1) & J8-5 (FSR COM)
Sub heater: between J8-3 (FSR2) & J8-5 (FSR COM)
This is a Heater temperature error, caused by an abnormal drop, or low temperature detection. It is most likely a blown heater element.
The main thermistor reading is lower than 140°C when paper is moved. Main cause can be the fixing film unit is faulty (i.e., the main thermistor (TH1) has poor contact or has an open circuit; or, the fixing heater is faulty). or, The main power supply PCB is faulty. or, The DC controller PCB is faulty.
Caution: The following steps should only be carried out by qualified people...
To clear the error, execute the following in service mode: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR.
CAUTION Do not clear the error until the fault is repaired. If you clear the error, and there is still an electrical fault it may result in a fire!
Turn on the power switch, and clear E003. (Service mode) Thereafter, turn off and then on the power switch. Does the fixing heater operate? No? Try checking... 2.
IX. SELF DIAGNOSIS
The DC controller PCB has a microprocessor that diagnoses the functions of the copier (particularly
the sensors) at appropriate intervals. If this microprocessor detects an abnormality, it will
display the type of the abnormality on the indicator on the control panel.
The table below shows the various fault codes, their meaning, and the corresponding detection
timing.
Example of E000 code indication:
Eó000 light alternately.
Fault criteria
• If the temperature difference between
the thermistors 1 and 2 is 60°C or
higher.
• If the fixing asssembly temperature is
lower than 50°C after 15 sec from the
power-on.
If the tempereture remains 220°C or
higher for 0.1 sec or longer.
If warm-up is not over after 60 sec
from when the temperature reached
50°C.
If fixing unit temperature drops below
50°C when the copier is in stand by or
copying.
If the C HEAT CHECK signal is on
while the HEAT ON signal is off.
If the main motor speed feedback signal
does not appear after 2 sec from
the main motor.
If the break signals is generated continuously
for 0.1 sec or more when the
counter is not being driven.
