Try holding the INFO and TONE CONTROL buttons and pressing power. This will release the protect lock. If it shuts back off, try disconnecting your speakers and try it again. You might have a shorted speaker or cable hooked up causing it to shut down.

There might be an electrical fault on the new netbox. Ask for a replacement and see if that corrects the problem.

sounds like one of you amp IC's might be bad. When you use the button combo, it is probably turning on, detecting a short, and shutting off immediately.

Once the front panel displays "Advance Setup", release the [STRAIGHT] button. Then, press and hold the [TONE CONTROL] button for about 3 seconds until front panel displays “M:K032 8FFD”.
