Lost remote for LG DVD player DVX143

Hi there,

I have lost remote control for LG DVD player DVX143 and now have bought UCR22B but don't know the device (dvd player) code ? can you help? thanks

Insignia says it will not work with a universal remote there is no code.

I have new Panasonic DVD & Combo units stacked on top of each other and had the same problem, until last resort I read the manual and and easily changed the frequency on the DVD unit and remote, you can have up to 3 Panasonic units with different frequencys close to each other.

I lost my remote and bought a innovange jumbo remote but cant figure out to program the remote to the dvd player. can you help?
Hi,
First, make sure the device you want to connect with your remote is turned on, whether that's the television `, DVD player, VCR player, etc. Now aim the Innovage remote at the device. Press the button on the remote control that corresponds to the device (TV,DVD etc.). Now, press and hold the SET button on the remote control until the LED light on the remote control holds a steady red.

Enter the 4-digit code for your device by pressing the number keys on the remote control (see list below). When you press the fourth digit, the LED light should turn off. This means the remote and the device are "speaking" to each other. Press the OK button to store the code.

If the LED light blinks three times and then remains a solid red, the Innovage remote doesn't recognize the code for your device. Verify the correct code, then go through the programming steps again.

Test the function by using your remote to cycle through all programmed devices (TV, VCR, etc.).

Phillips Universal - need code for NEC NDV 28 DVD player.
I have a Phillips 5-in-1 Universal Remote (model MRU3500), and I have my code list booklet. There is only one (1) code given for a Nec brand Dvd player: 0142. Hope this helps you.
