E-machine's support website do not offer any bios file, updated ones, downloads. None. Do you know a location to download from, the updated bios or even any actual one?
There's no reason to flash your BIOS they rarely add enhancements to BIOS's usually just bug fixes. Plus it's dangerous to flash it unless you know exactly what you are doing if you half flash something then it's toast flash is either all or nothing.

Looks promising. It's an INF fie which are driver files. Download, extract, and direct Device Manager where to install driver from. The worst that can happen is it won't install, or you have uninstall / delete. Better than those fake drivers you mentioned.
