They will send you to a service center. If it cant be fixed they will replace your tv.

while fixing it would cost around 150.

yes, you possibly have faulty inverter board,just replace it to fix the problem

Check to see if mute is on, and through the menu to see is sap is on. Sometimes button are accidentaly pressed. If none of the above, the ntry replaceing your main board.
