The read/write of the print timing controller & print data distributor registers on the Carriage board was diagnosed & a error was detected.
Replace the Carriage board.
Make sure the Carriage cable is connected properly.
Replace the Main board.

Please reinstalled Printer driver or restart computer or printer then you new driver installed it. Or installation before scan virus and removed it. Or proper check it all connecting cables.

The Paper-Axis or the Scan-Axis Motor moves the Carriage, but the input from
the Linear Encoder Sensor does not change.
You are going to need a tech to check out the plotter.
