HP Designjet 9000s stops printing cyan each print

Designjet 9000s stops printing cyan partially through print. Every print it starts off printing cyan just fine, then it starts printing cyan in lines, and slowly fades out. I tried cleaning caps, cleaning wipers and print head recovery. Only thing that seems to help is waiting a little while then printing.

Okay, for anyone who stumbles upon this; for now I think I solved the problem.
What I did was pull off the panel on the side of the broken ink color. Then I found the bladder that fills up each time the pump cranks. I pushed the sensor attached to the bag and it filled up with ink. After that it printed fine.

I have hp designjet 450c..the problem in printing.while printing it prints copy of the image also and not clear.i dnt know whts the problem..please help me..

That usually is caused by clogged or damaged printheads. There are 4 printheads, Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow. When you replace the printheads you need to calibrate the machine so the colors line up with one another.
