Newly installed Hunter remote will work light and fan if only 2 of the 3 bulbs are installed.

Did you install the correct wattage? If you put in 2-60 watt try 3-40 watt instead .

I just installed a 52"

yes this is because the dimer is giving the light less power.you just need to change the switch to a single switch then your dimer will work right all the time. good luck

I am using spiral flouresent bulbs in my 4 light Hunter ceiling fan. The lights are always flickering. What is the problem? We do not have the remote installed

it has a watt governor on inside for the lights. remove this governor and wire the lights directly. this will fix problem. ( part #-- 98480-02 ).

Hunter ceiling fan. Lights and fans turn on and off by themselves. Both fans are on the same wall switch and are operated by separate remotes.

I just installed a 2nd hunter fan model 23811 that also seems to be controlled by grimlins. If the power is left on, the light and fan randomly turn on and off. And no, it is not due to fans being on the same frequency. It appears to be an issue with the control module. I'm contacting Hunter.

Flickering lights

make sure you have the remotes/receivers set to different jumpers. I installed 2 fans and had the same problem, just had to change the jumpers on one of the fans and the corresponding remote

Fan works, light doesn't on Hunter ceiling fan

I would begin by testing each bulb in a different socket somewhere in the house.
