RAZR V3 problem

Depending if it has worked in the past, a hard reset may solve your issue. if not you will need to reflash your phone

try another battery and if the lights just blink briefly....your main-board sounds like it is damaged so you may need a new one.

ok....well that is the way to go

if you open the v3 phone flip...you shall see 4 rubbers...remove the rubbers with a very small flat bit screw driver then unscrew the 4 screws in the phone then use the small flat bit onc more to open the phone cover, then remove the silver button on each side of the phone, unclip the cable leading to the camera and also the clip connecting to the lcd once those are removed then replace the old screen with the new one.

I have a sprint razr and this is what I did. First you go to the menu and click on settings. once you are at settings click on sounds. Then click on volume and scroll down until you get to power on and click on that and from there you can turn off that sound.

master reset and master clear the phone, if that does not work you may have to reflash the original firmware on the phone.

well you should try and reflash the original firmware...it that happens....it just might happen again...the software or firmware could be giving problems.

Try master reset under "settings". Sometimes if there is any trama to the phone the flex cable connection to the camera does pop out. If the phone is under a year old and there is no physical damage send it back to motorola thru your phone service. If not crack it open and check the connection. Manuals can be fould online. Its very tight inside this phone so if you think it is very important to get the camera working give it a try.
