Hi my Razr V3 camera is not working and when i click camera button a black screen comes up and makes mobile freeze up. what should i do?
Try master reset under "settings". Sometimes if there is any trama to the phone the flex cable connection to the camera does pop out. If the phone is under a year old and there is no physical damage send it back to motorola thru your phone service. If not crack it open and check the connection. Manuals can be fould online. Its very tight inside this phone so if you think it is very important to get the camera working give it a try.

Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
Here's a link to this great service
Good luck!

Clicking on 'camera' causes a black screen to appear with a disc icon on the lower left and text that reads 'Photo Viewfinder Memory Used:15%'. At this point the screen is frozen and the only fix is to remove and reseat the battery. Does this problem equal a broken camera? Can it be repaired?
