Tungsten E2 Keyboard Doesn't Work

One way around this problem is to touch the "DataVis Sheet To Go" (top left corner in black) icon and from there go to "Edit" and then "Keyboard".

Try cleaning the glass with a quality glass cleaner or better yet some isopropal alcohol and a soft paper towel, pay special attention to the edges where dirt tends to build up.
With the machine turned on, press the reset button on the back, (small hole below the serial number plate) if you still have the stock stylus, the top threads off to expose a push pin for the reset button. Then once the machine restarts, go to the preference screen, select touch screen, and recalibrate the touch screen.

Be sure to sync your handset before attempting any sort of repair.
