New cables might help, if you wiggle them and it clears up its the cables or connection terminal on the unit or tV, if the unit call 1800-252 6123, they will give you a return number and address to sedn the main player to no speakers and charge 45.00 TOPS! they will fix it or repalce it for you and ship it back with a 1 year warranty. very cheap and theyre friendly

SOURCE: universal remote

You can try a code seach which many universal remotes will do, this may be called auto search, if you have the manual for the RCA see if it is listed, instead of entering a 3 digit code, you cycle through all codes until the correct one responds to the unit you are trying to program.

SOURCE: problem getting home theatre sytem to play audio when watching tv

you need the red and white audio cable hooked into the AUDIO OUT connectors on the tv and the other end of the red and white cables into the AUDIO IN in tv to the media center (main Bose unit).....If your tv does not provide AUDIO OUT connectors, you cannot connect the tv audio to the 3-2-1 system. Continue using your tv speakers for sound.

How to set up to my tv

Ok...sorry it took me so long to get back to you...Check the back of you tv and look for RCA jacks for audio and video out...There should be a yellow one for video..a white one for audio left(L) and a red one for audio righ(R)...you may not need the yellow one...now look for any inputs on the rear panel of the surround sound system...They can be marked (AUX)...they will work..once all of these are located...you will need an RCA patch cable long enough to reach from the tv to the surround sound receiver...once done...turn on the tv and the surround sound. With the remote from the surround sound remote...switch between the input sources..maybe (AUX) until you hear your tv sound come through...then you adjust the sound as needed...Assuming the DVD is built in to the surround sound system...your DVD sound will come back when you play DVD's...All connections and cables are color coded so you should have no problem connecting everything....Good luck....let me know how it goes,,,,I hope this was helpful....PEACE.....

Sub would only sound when am listening to radio would not sound when playing dud aux but surround speakers play

Possible that the connection to the AUX does not activate if you are using RCA inputs. Connect the DVD using the optical cable or the coaxial link and it must play better with surround and subwoofer in DTS.

Can I connect a Sony DVD Player DVP-SR90 to the Panasonic Home Theatre SC-HT75 to achieve surround sound without direct SCART connection - and how?

You can connect your Sony DVD player to your Panasonic HT using an analog RCA audio cable (white and red) for stereo sound. Connect to the AUX inputs on the HT and select AUX. Since the Sony DVD player only has SCART, you would need an adapter, scart to RCA. Like this one:

Check for compatibility. Use the red and black RCA plugs for the audio into the HT.

Your Panasonic HT does not have a digital audio input which would be required for multi-channel surround sound (Dolby Digital 5.1)

I bought the RCA RTD325W DVD home theater system. The speakers work with the dvd/radio tuner but cannot get them to work with tv. Also have Satellite tv, do I need to connect to something on that? Or is...

Your TV must have a set of Audio Out connections. Connect them to the Aux In on the back of the RTD325W. Then toggle the Line-In/Aux button on the remote until display reads Aux In. System should work.

I cannot get the surround sound to come on tv mode on my friends RCA DLP. Any suggestions? is this a t.v. issue? DVDs and Ipod connections are fine.

The tv must have a stand alone audio output that you would connect the audio composite cables to going to the aux or audio input of the surround sound system. You may need to switch the surround sound system to aux mode or av input 1 or 2 and etc. If you are connecting a cable box or satellite tv box to this television instead of connecting the audio composite cables between it and the tv, connec them between it and the stereo surround sound system.
