There are only two things you can do as induction cooktops for home use are new technology and also very unreliable, although Schott Ceran are the best of them.

Try doing a power reset, shut off the breaker for an hour or so.

Hi,maybe if you have not tried it already,maybe switch it off at the mains and swich it back on it may reset its self,hope it works for you.

If Shr (5hr) appears on the display then the cooktop is in showroom mode. To exit showroom mode the cooktop must be locked by pressing and holding the key symbol for 5 seconds. After the cooktop is locked, press and hold the melt touch pad for 5 seconds.

Typically error code F10 indicates that your range has detected an issue with the runaway temperature (overheating). Pushing the button for the element will turn on the inner element at level 5. Before adjusting the level (so while the level indicator is still blinking) press the little circle on the right side of the controls for that element. The circle should light up. Now press the UP control for that element, and the level indicator should stop blinking. Now the outer and inner elements are both heating up. Adjust temp level to desired setting.

should be able to clear out and reset clock. If I remember right it means Power Failure, which just means you lost electricity

Couldent find any help, pushed the small switch until display reacted then touched the touch fields one by one in order from top left until the display showed nine. Then beep it all worked again !
