Question about Whirlpool 30-inch Electric Ceramic Glass Cooktop with Schott Ceran Surface
Everything seems to work after touching the power button but when I want to heaten up a plate. nothing happens. It doesn't get red and stays cold.Is it broken or is there anything I oversee?

Ok. It's induction so the pan has to be on the plate.
