SOURCE: everything freezes in the refrigerator bottom
Make sure the vents from the freezer to the fridge are not blocked by ice etc. One is at the bottom and one at the top. The on at the top is adjusted open or closed when you adjust the fridge temp. Make sure it's working. Also make sure the fan in the freezer is circulating the air from the freezer through the vent at the top.

the condensate drain hose is blocked.
remove the plastic rear cover in the freezer; locate the drain opening;
it's about 1/2 inch in diameter; it drains into a pan at the bottom of the refrigerator. using a funnel and, a small pan, pour hot water through the blocked hose until water flows into the drain pan again.
remove the condensate pan pour the water out and, reinstall the pan.

The refrigerator is actually having a faulty component in it that is why it keeps freezing. The component responsible for such problems are the defrost thermostat, defrost heater and defrost timer. Have them checked and then replace the component that is found to be faulty.
