The line output section circuit works as soon as you switch ON the TV, and then come across any short circuit inside the set, and shuts off. That is happening here now. You must check the set, and trace out this shorted or damaged component/s. If you're sound in electronics, download the repair manual to this model set by internet, and carry on. If you're not sound in electronics, contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details about repair work, check the site linked here. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
Pull up previous posts or type in the brand name and model number to of your set, to its search box, and press 'Enter' or view it in Mosaic / Timeslide option.

SOURCE: My magnavox 37mf321d 37 LCD tv

This is a bad power supply and an easy fix. Their are several electrolytic capacitors on the power supply. If one is bad it will have a bulge on the top. Mine had a bad 2200uF and a bad 1200uF capacitor. About $7 worth of parts at Radio Shack. Radio Shack had the 2200uF but it was axial leads instead of radial. (leads come out of each end instead of one end) but It will still fit. They only had a 1000uf capacitor so I combined that with a 220uF capacitor and wired them in parallel. Make sure you put them in with the correct polarity.

Most likely you can adjust it in the Service Alignment Mode (SAM).

Press 062596 followed by the STATUS button (upper left). Navigate to "White Tone", press the right key to enter and select "Normal" mode. Set the colors:

Red = 135, Green = 128, Blue = 133.

The "Cool" and "Warm" menus are deltas from the "Normal" settings:

COOL: R -3, G -1, B 5
WARM: R 2, G -3, B -13

Press the "MENU" button to return to the main menu, then the "Power" button to turn the TV off.
