I have a Philips plasma TV I replaced the Y sustain board and the upper buffer board I am getting constant green led light like the TV is working but no picture, when I change the channel I can hear the reaction that the channel changed but no picture. The power supply tested and it works with no issues for all the test points (Va,Ve, Vs,....). Please let me know how to proceed to bring back the picture for this TV? UPDATES: I bought a Y upper buffer board replaced it still no picture, left just the upper buffer connected to the Y sustain board and now the TV has black screen with sprinkling dots on the top, so my guess it is the lower Y buffer board, I ordered one I will receive it by the end of the week and I will keep updates just in case somebody else is having the same issue. I replaced the lower Y buffer board, still no picture and when use the remote to move to av mode I can see the dots in random spots!! I pulled out the 2 main boards and I will heat the graphic chip and all the other chips that has soldering tiny bolls to connect to the board (using a heat gun). UPDATES: I bought a main board replaced it, re flew the graphic chips and still nothing, until now this is the 4th board I replace and still no picture sound is ok and TV respond to the remote like it is ON but NO PICTURE !!! I start to think it is a bad pannel, any thoughts please. Thank you.

Testimonial: "Thank you for your links: I checked them for Philips TV and they mainly provide instruction on how to get to and use Service Mode and upgrade the software. Do you suggest me to do the software updates even though I have no picture? Thank you again."
