If you're finding it difficult to service/repair your car, get one of those online manuals. You'll not have to wait for others to answer, or rely on mechanics and all. Plus i know a website that sells very cheap but very very good manuals online, without expiry i.e. for lifetime.
for this u can try reliable-store which is pretty good

Try to search online for the manual. Type in the product followed by "user manual" and usually you can find it online available for free on manufacturers website and you can print it!
Perhaps it is not the fuse, but you can try looking in the owners manual, If you have lost the owners manual, try going to Chrysler parts or 'MOPAR" online and looking at the manual there... good luck.
You should first try checking the company website for the brand that makes your car seat. They often have links to product manuals or at the very least information for contacting customer service to ask them. Another option is to to go to manuals online. They have a lot of manuals available for free that you can access: http://babycare.manualsonline.com/manuals/device/car_seat.html http://babycare.manualsonline.com/manuals/device/car_seat.html
Try checking out Graco's site to see if your car seat model is listed:http://www.gracobaby.com/CustomerService/ProductInstructions/Pages/default1.aspx?page=ProdInst You can also try checking Manuals Online. They have lots of car seat manuals available for downloading for free:http://babycare.manualsonline.com/manuals/device/car_seat.html
I was just looking online for an Eddie Bauer car seat manual too. There was a sticker on the seat with the manufacturer's URL, so I went to: http://www.eddiebauer.djgusa.com/usa/eng/Instructions
The manual for mine apparently is not available online, and the message that came up after I entered the information they wanted said:
