You need to remove the center of the part that connects to the chair. Use a thin screwdriver into the center and then pry each of the two tabs outward from the center. As you unhook it, you will be able to pry it out and then the attachment mechanism will pull off

This question was posted a long time ago, but no one answered it correctly. If you put the wire in backward, look on the end of where the wire was inserted. You made have to move the fabric to see it. There are holes. Use something to push in the metal piece that is showing as you pull out each side of the wire. I used a house key to push in the button while I removed the wire.

I think Joseph Lake is a best place for you. Located high in the Catskills mountains on 250 acre area. It's hardly 2 hrs drives from New York City.

Graco states that it is for 6-36 months. It is unclear how far the seats recline (though they are multi-position recline), so if they don't lay flat, it really isn't ideal for newborns.

Try pairing the parent and nursery units again. First, turn off all of the units. Place the broken parent unit within 5 feet of the nursery unit. Turn on the parent unit. Turn on the nursery unit. Within a few seconds, the top 4 green LEDs should shut off. Then you'll hear a few beeps and the connection LED should turn from red to green. If this doesn't work, power off and try again using the AC adapters instead of battery power. I did it without plugging in the parent unit but the battery died as soon as the units paired up again. It's working fine from the docking station though.
