Try replacing ram on another slot (common solution for most of the problems like this) , remove the cmos battery and place it back after few moments. Try remove and place Graphics card again.

It should solve your problem.

if you have another pc near you, please replace things with that..battery first.. to check, what the actual problem is.

The picture on my 46" led46c45rq is half upside down half right side up... Trying to find a solution.

I have the exact same problem. I checked the boards inside and don't see any burns or apparent damage. It's not the power board. In a case like this it's either the T-Conn board or the input (mainboard) [one of the green boards not the tan one. it's hard to determine which as this is the only other case i've seen. Trial and error replace each board if the first doesn't fix it return it and try the other.

Will not turn on. Green light blinking on back panel

Hi Bill,

The green light indicates that you are getting power to the system board, but the system itself will not start. Grab a iron or otherwise metal pot, keep it near you so you can touch it and stay grounded, and open the computer case. You will need to remove one component at a time (except the motherboard and CPU) to see if it is a faulty part that is causing your system not to boot. If you remove a part and it boots, replace that part.

Good luck!

Precision T7400 power supply sounding an alarm

Did you open the case on your computer? It may have an open case alarm which is a small switch typically located near the edge of the cover you removed. Make sure the case cover is completely installed, then see if the alarm goes off.

Green lite comes on for about 2 to 3 seconds then shuts down red lite pulses

If the back was off the board on the left is your Ysus board. It will have a cable plugged into the right side of the board from the signal board. Unplug the the Ysus board. If it stays on without a picture change both Y and Z sustain boards. If this helps let me know.
