Pictures download fine on computer, but video sound only downloads, no picture. Help, what if anything am I doing wrong?

If you were uploading the pics to a program on your computer, it may not be capable of video transfer, only still jpegs. You could use a card reader to download the videos to a folder you create on your desktop. From there, you could try to play them with another program on your computer. You could also download a free copy of Quicktime from Apple.com to play the videos.

Close the Kodak EasyShare software from your system tray (down by the clock).
Go to www.apple.com and download apple quicktime.
After you have installed quicktime successfully, add the videos to the software.
Since the pictures were downloaded successfully, videos are also transferred.

They are usually saved in your My Documents\My Pictures\Kodak Pictures.

Go into my computer, with the camera attached and click on that hardware. Your pictures should show up to view and go into file and maually upload your pictures.

Videos generally run in AVI mode. When putting pictures into the computer, place them in the "My videos" folder instead of the "My pictures" folder. This should solve your problem.

Consider NOT connecting your camera to your computer.


The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.


Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Nikon Transfer.

Before disconnecting your MP3 player, down in the right hand corner there will be an ion that is the safely remove hardware removal tool. Click on that instead f just pulling the usb cable out of the computer.

Switched to Picassa instead of Wizard and for some reason it downloaded photos and videos. So I obviously had the wrong program to download from the camera.

For downloading pictures or mp3s from ur phone to computer, u need to have data cable with software it came with . Another alternative is to use memorycard reader. It is easy and fast method to download pictures or mp3 s in it. When u insert memory card is inserted in the card reader, is shows a new drive. In it , some folders are shown eg. sounds, videos, pictures, etc. U can download or transfer pics or sounds as u do in ur PC.
For software, it is not possible to download softwares like as in NOkia. U can download some of them from sites such as wapbu.com, getjar.com, etc. But u most run these sites from ur mobile (gprs service).

To download pictures go into the program on your computer that holds your pictures and make sure you have your mp3 player hooked up. All you have to do is right click on the photo that you want to put onto your MP3 once you right click select the option send to and choose your f: file (on my computer that is the file that my mp3 shows under) then just select that file (f file on my computer and click on that file. Your pictures will be tranfsfered to your MP3 Player. Hope this help you out!

If there is no sound, try to download remote service driver in SamsungCameraUSA.com.

Follow this steps in downloading pictures to PC:
- Connect camera in the USB port located in the back part of your CPU if you are using a desktop computer
- Turn camera on and select Computer
- Go to My Computer
- Look for Removable Disk folder and click on it
- Then, click DCIM folder
- Then, Click 100SSCAM

Dont forget to copy and paste your pictures in a separate folder.

Dont forget to safely remove the camera.
