Xerox 7245

follow this instruction: God bless you
Instructions
    • 1
Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Wait at least one hour for the fuser assembly and other internal components to cool.

    • 2
Open the back cover of the printer. Squeeze the two tabs located in the upper left corner of the back cover, then pull the cover off the printer body.

    • 3
Push the two green tabs on the duplexer unit and pull the unit out of the printer. If your printer is not equipped with a duplexer, skip this step.

    • 4
Remove the two screws on each end of the fuser. The screws are large enough to remove by hand. Grasp the orange tabs on the fuser and pull it straight out of the printer. Line up the new fuser and slide it into place on the track where you removed the old one.

    • 5
Replace the screws on each end of the fuser. Turn the screws by hand until they are tight. Slide the duplexer unit back into place, pushing it into the slot until it locks in place.

    • 6
Push the back cover back into place until it locks. Plug the power cord into the wall outlet and turn the power on to the printer.

The soap socket in my machine wont open and the cover of the socket has removed from its place .. how do i open it ??

see this causes and fix it. God bless you
First to unlock depending on model. There will be a pull tab either under the lower kick panel, behind the filter cover, or under the top panel. Pull this tab to unlock the door. Now you can remove the clothes and water. Refer to the owners manual for the location of your emergency door pull tab.

Door Switch
You will need to remove the door switch to check it. You will perform an ohm reading on the bottom terminals. The reading varies from manufacturers most Frigidaires is around 1500 ohms others like the whirlpool duet is checked at the main control board with the door closed should be around zero ohms. You will need to refer to the tech sheet or service manual for the proper reading.

Main Control Module / CCU
The main control unit is the circuit board located behind the console. If the door switch tests good the main control is usually the problem. Check all connections for a goood tight fit. You will need to refer to the tech sheet or service manual to check this further. The main control is easy to replace.

I need to replace the interior bulb on my GE profile model jvm1850dm2vv microwave oven. Can I access it from the area where the replaceable filter is?

The oven interior bulb is on the top. Look closely at the grille above the door. There are two recessed screws that hold the grille in place. Remove these and carefully pull the grille straight out. You may have to wiggle it a bit - it's a tight fit on most of those I've serviced. Look in the center of the oven above the door. There is a sheet metal cover held in place with one or two screws (usually one, plus a plastic tab going into a slot in the sheet metal). Remove this screw and pull out the sheet metal. You will see the light bulb and the microwave stirring plate motor. Note that the instructions say you should unplug the oven before changing the light bulb. GE's lawyers are afraid you'll stick your fingers in the wrong place and somehow get shocked if you don't have the power removed.

I'm replacing the existing 3 wire cord with a 4 wire cord on a Maytag LDE312. I assume the green wire goes to the external connection on the chassis, AND ALSO the jumper (aluminum tab) must be removed from...

This is correct. When using a three wire cord, you leave the tab in place and this ties the neutral and ground together.
With a four wire cord arrangement, you remove the tie tab. The white (neutral) wire goes to the middle terminal, and the green goes to the chassis ground. The hot wires will always be the outside leads and connect to the outside terminals.

Need to replace the power cord

This is actually one of the easiest repairs to make on most dryers.
Unplug the dryer from the wall of course.
At the point where the dryer cord enters the dryer itself there is usually a plate. One screw should hold this plate in place. Remove the screw and pull the plate out (it should only be held in by a couple of tabs). The cord is attached to the power supply with three (or four) terminals. Back the screws out and slide the cord out. Make careful note as to which color goes to which terminal. Usually the black (or red) color goes to the gold screw and the white goes to the silver screw. The green screw holds the ground wire in place which is also usually a green cord.
Once you have done this step then loosen the screws that hold the cord in place on the plate. This fitting should open as you loosen the screws and the cord should pull out easily. Then thread the new cord through the fitting and reverse the process. Just remember to thread the cord through BEFORE you connect the wires so that you don't have to undo your work!
Hope this helps!

I cannot remove the plate to pute the other plate on

Here's a copy of the manual instructions...
Detail Sanding
Your tool is equipped with a teardrop base which allows you to use it on large flat surfaces
and tight spots or corners.
The pad tips may wear unevenly, depending on use. The pads are designed to allow you to
interchange and /or rotate the diamond tip.
Fitting Sanding Sheets ( Fig. 2)
• Detach the two diamond-shaped tips from the sanding sheet.

If this doesn't provide enough information, take a look at the pictures in the manual at the following link: http://www.dewaltservicenet.com/documents/English/Instruction%20Manual/589307-02,MS550GBMS550GH.pdf

If you still have difficulty getting the base off, write back and let me know specifically what the trouble is and I'll try to help you with it.
• Hold the tool with the sanding base facing upwards.
• Place the sanding sheet onto the sanding base.
The diamond-shaped tip can be reversed and replaced when worn.
• When the front part of the tip is worn, detach it from the sheet, reverse it and press it onto
the sanding base again.
• When the whole tip is worn, remove it from the sanding base and fit a new tip.
Tip of the Sanding Base ( Fig. 3)
When the sanding base tip is worn, it can be reversed or replaced.
• Remove the screw.
• Reverse or replace the worn part.
• Fit and tighten the screw.
Finger Attachment ( Fig. 4)
The finger attachment is used for fine detail sanding.
• Remove the screw.
• Remove the diamond-shaped tip holder from the sanding base.
• Fit the finger attachment onto the sanding base.
• Fit and tighten the screw.
Contour Holder Attachment (Fig. 5)
• The contour sanding pieces are for sanding curved surfaces and grooves.
• Remove the screw.
• Remove the diamond-shaped tip holder from the
sanding base.
• Fit the contour holder onto the sanding base.
• Fit and tighten the screw.
Fitting and Removing a Contour Piece (Fig. 6 & 7)
• Choose the contour sanding piece profile most suitable for your application.
• Place one end of the contour sanding piece into the recess at
the front end of the profile holder.
• Push the other end of the contour sanding piece until it clicks
into place.
To remove the contour sanding piece, push it forward then pull the rear end out of
the profile holder (fig. 7).

How to remove round sander for iron shaped one

You need to remove the allen head cap screw in the center of the base, then remove the washer, and pull the base straight down off the sander. If you can't get it to pull off, try gently rocking it a little as you exert pressure to pull it off.

Random orbit sanding base
With this sanding base, you can use the tool as a random orbit sander.
Fitting and removing the sanding base (fig. B)
- Place the sanding base (3) onto the spindle (10).
- Place the washer (7) onto the spindle.
- Insert the Allen screw (8) into the screw hole in the spindle.
- Tighten the Allen screw using the Allen key (9) supplied.
- To remove the sanding base, remove the Allen screw (8) and washer (7).
Fitting sanding sheets (fig. C)
- Hold the tool with the sanding base (3) facing upwards.
- Place the sanding sheet (11) onto the sanding base (3). The holes in the sheet do not need
to line up with the holes in the base.
Large detail sanding base
With this sanding base, you can use the tool as a detail sander or an orbital sander.
Fitting and removing the sanding base (fig. D & E)
For detail sanding, the pointed end should face forward as in fig. D. For sanding large areas,
the pointed end should face to the back as in fig. E.
- Place the sanding base (12) onto the spindle (10). Make sure that the legs of the base
locate into the tool.
- Place the washer (7) onto the spindle.
- Insert the Allen screw (8) into the screw hole in the spindle.
- Tighten the Allen screw using the Allen key (9) supplied.
