I too have had the same problem. I was sent to a local Radio Shack but found this site online which seems to be a very good deal and worth trying. I googled - Ear cushions for the H12 Bluetooth Headset basedon info from Motorola and found the Cell Phone Shop. They have pkgs of 6 silicone earbud covers. On special for $3.99 and mail shipping is $4.99. Motorola will sell 3 of the foam things for $9.99 if they ever come in stock so I'm going with these and I get 6 and they fit over the earbud. They can be returned for refund if they don't work.

Good luck,

I bought the ear cushions from Cekk Ohone Shop. They were the wrong kind. Cost of returning them to Hong Kong was more than they cost. Don't buy these for Motorola H12.

Problem with the Motorola Motopure H12 Bluetooth Headset I can't hear anything on my h12 headset. other people can hear me but i can't hear them.

Hi.
I'll really advise you to perform a FDR on the bluetooth. You will need to Press and hold the Call button while turning on the headset to turn on Reset to factory default. Follow the voice prompts to make changes to the settings.

You can find this information on the Link How do reset my FINITI to factory default

Hope it helps.

Can't purchase replacement ear cushions for the motorola H12 bluetooth. I tried calling customer service - they were nasty and said they were out of stock and may be a year or two before coming back in...

The replacements look like they are back in stock, but at $10 you should just buy a new H12 from newegg for $20.

Went to Motorola store and typed in h12 - see link below (if it works):

Help pairing my H12 bluetooth

I successfully paired my bluetooth by going into the connection phase, just using my common sense on what to do next once I turned the bluetooth on. Since it was not paired to anything, it automatically went into pairing mode. Thanks anyway!
