How low has the brightness gone? If it is very dark and you can barely see anything on the screen, it may be that the inverter board has failed and needs replacing.

The problem could also be caused by the screen itself, or the motherboard, but the inverter is the most common solution.

check power saving setting.

It is at a press of some combination of buttons.

For brightness up:- fn (low row to the left beside ctrl) and For brightness down:- f7 (function key) top row.

but when low down the brightness it work good it not goes off , but it is very low brightness and difficult to read text some time......WHAT?

Can you explain in a bit more detail please...I don't know what you mean by.........'when low down the brightness it work good'?

But try holding down the FN key on your keyboard & tapping the Button that alters the brightness.

You tried setting the Brightness to maximum, but the screen remained dark? Could be a problem with the LEDs that light up the screen. Also try turning it off and back on.

Try change the brightness from the BIOS and let me know the status

Press F2 at start up to go into the bios. There is another setting in the bios for the screen brightness while on battery power.

No there isn't any. there is probably a part that is damaged due to the surge u should get a new one or send it back to the company
