Hansol 730E CRT monitor

I have two vertical black strips at either side of my Hansol 730E CRT monitor. I have used the OSD to stretch the image to fill the horizontal field, but at 100%, there is still an inch and a half of blackness. There are two types of blackness in this strip .Mostly its the type of black when the monitor is not powered, and there is a very small line of power displayed "black", where the monitor is trying to display the color black. I have reinstalled the monitor drivers and also graphics drivers. I have altered display frequency. I have changed resolutions. None of this worked. I noticed that the monitor displays more horizontal image when booting up, but still not fully from left to right. Note- the horizontal and vertical controls to stretch do strech the image in the correct way, but the horizontal control is leaving these strips of black when stretched to 100%. The monitor is just over two years old and has seen moderate use.

In 2004 I bought a monitor Hansol 930 D model, (model no.D19BL, s/n A23490411020263) Since 2011, horizontal image began to narrow, now horizontal image H-size is 210 mm. vertical image size is ...

The horizontal deflection coil is shorted. There is no way to fix that, the entire tube would have to be replaced and that would cost as much as a new monitor.
Just buy a second-hand LCD monitor from here

Asta l-am luat eu si are o imagine excelenta.

I am using Hansol 730E monitor and recently it start to make slight vibes on screen in horizontal way. I tried to change refresh rate and its no good. I tough that it is magnetic field but i moved monitor...

Being a rare tube monitor i am inclined to say it is nearing end of life. You have done the right thing by moving around unless you are moving other magnetic or power source items with it. Have you tried connecting to another computer - subbed out cables to eliminate that issue? testing on another computer who help determine if monitor or not. might be video card??/ since you are having DX issues I would start there. There is not much more you can do that is not dangerous - ie - increasing the voltage etc..

Monitor wattage

Spec:
http://www.hansol.nl/eng/730e.html

Since the company will nor even list the power consumption, You can make an estimate by reading the voltage and the current consumtion on the label, multiply voltage by current will give you wattage, but since the monitor is not linear load but reactive load, the power factor will not be 1 but usually about 0.6.
IE, 100V X 1AMP = 100VA. 100VA X PF OF 0.6 = 60WATTS.

Black vertical belt in both side

This sounds as if you havent got the correct resolution of your desktop. Either there will be an auto adjust button to press on your monitor menu or you will need to Right click on your desktop>properties>settings Tab and change resolution to 1024 x 768 or similair to change the desktop size, or maybe reduce to 800 x 600 then click apply.
