Here is the manual. This is an aftermarket unit unit so there will be an inline fuse on the power wire
This one is a good diagram and shows 10 amp fuse on the yellow wire to the battery. Make sure it is connected there at the battery, but the installer may have just spliced into a live feed up behind it..
You'll have to access Duals web site (good luck) or go to a car stereo installer and ask them $20-40. Good Luck P.S. it thinks you stole it...no incorrect code will work and may lock it out!

Take and bench test it. Pioneer brand do that when the ribbon cable is cracked. It is the one that get drag in and out during open and close. Open it up and check that. Goodluck.
