The tv was working until a power cut when the came back on tv did not this has happened three or four times each time the tv comes back on after two days or so
A hard reset must make it right. Do it. Unplug the TV from AC wall socket, and re-pug it back after 10 minutes or so, must reset it to a hard reset. Adjust the automatic shut off settings on the set using the menu system. the newer models are programmed to shut down to avoid the burn-in problem associated w/ plasma scenes.

We had a Pioneer that did the same thing. We called a Pioneer Service Center. It appears there was a recall on the Power Supply. They fixed it in our home at not charge.

hi, this is typical capacitor issues. they are failing to hold there charge load. they will eventually blow and render the tv useless. these are located on the power board. i suggest a repair in the near future.

The UF capacitors on your PSB-power supply board are blown. Your tv is putting itself in fault protection mode to keep it from damaging more components internally. Soon enough the TV won't come on at and you'll be left with a blinking fault LED.
