Installing a cd deck into car

I'm installing a JVC KD-G120 cd player into a 2000 Ford Focus. originally the Focus had a cassette player I riped it out, now the problem is the wires are a different color than typical stereo wiring due to Ford use to do that in their cars. I want to know which wire colors of the cd player go with which wires in the 2000 ford focus. PLEASE HELP.

Owner manual for Stereo Cassette Deck JVC KD-720

Owner Manual isn't found, as there is a car stereo with a similar number. A standalone Cassette deck only supplies a data signal, so you need and amp.

My jvc cd player goes off and i have to remove the face plate and put the face plate back on for it to work again what could be the problem

Try cleaning the copper connecting pins with some rubbing alcohol. This sounds like it is a issue with the face no fully locking into the deck anymore

Jvc cd player model kd-g120,how do i set the time?

Press and hold 'SEL' press down arrow until CLOCK H is displayed rotate Volume knob to adjust press down arrow once to display CLOCK M rotate Volume knob to adjust press 'SEL' to finish. Reference pages 6 and 10 in this link to your JVC KD-G120 Instructions Manual.

Installing CD Player in Peugeot 206

Hi dont know if anyone reads this still. First the finger tip control you have to rewire it into the new cd player with a Autoleads PC99-X26 - Peugeot 206 plus connection to your make of radio. Also the wireing problem some times is down to the red and yellow wires being the wrong way round swap them over and this should solve this.

I c an't set the time in my jvc kd-g120 audio cd player

Push the Sel button and hold for 3 seconds (usually displays Demo or Demo Off). Push the Station up and down button til it reads Clock H or Clock M. Turn the volume button to adjust time. Push the Sel button to quit.
