Replace the lid switch that allows it to spin.

on my wd1000 i removed back cover and on top left side there is a electric/electronic component,i noticed a slight burn mark where one of the connections were.I cleaned and crimped it tighter and it has been fine ever since!

Sounds like its getting too hot!

I have a Malber P21 the door was open and not turned on and it filled with water till it overflowed onto floor....any ideas?

i would check the thermostat and heating element. one or the other is not on enouph to dry your clothes.

Check your exit hose spigot, it may be clogged. This is if your filter is all clean. There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind. Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too deep into it. Snaking out your standpipe would be good too.
