You need to download RCA video converter from the RCA website or from the disk the mp3 player came with.http://download.rcaaudiovideo.com/downloads/rcavideoconverter.exe

Some Dual clock radios will not work with Philips products. If you are for sure that it is compatible with Philips contact them using the following number...
you just go 2 ur computer where ur hard drive thing is like it says my computer then u open it up and ur lyra should appear there and right click it a menu should come up and itll say format
I have the same player. The player uses the basic drag and drop transfer. after you've converted the video, go to the file the video is in, and drag it on to your mp3 player. it should work.
Had same issue with mine, right out of the box! I called support, they sent me to some 3rd party support company... That place told me to return to vendor. Thompson Support. They basically just tried going to the RCA website, found nothing there, and finished up with return to store...
connect lyra to computer
go to my computer on your start menu
lyra will show up on other devices or portable devices
double click on the lyra icon
this will bring up another lyra icon right click on that
go down to the option format and select that
you will lose all of your music
solved my problem two hours after it started
