clip on bottom of hinge is worn or broken had mine replaced. magnetic seals are not strong enough to hold the door closed on their own. Original problem was the magnets were too strong so the clip on the bottom hinge was added.
The problem could be as simple as the door switch for the lights because the door switch when closed turns the control panel on. Or the problem may be the control board. WR55X129 Control Board Thanks, Sea Breeze
Wow, so you dropped some money into it, eh? I would take a look at the damper door asslb(DIFFUSER). located at the very top left of your refrigerator section in back. It has a motorized door that opens and close's and it may be stuck open. More than likely it is broken and needs to be replaced. GOODLUCK!!!!
FYI: All your cold air in your refrigerator comes from your freezer!
