Try to reseat the camera cable, it's under keyboard. ussualy it will work. If after reseat camera cable, it still doesn't show in device manager, your orbicam might be bad.
have you tried re installing its software over time that kind of SW likes to dissapear with irrealavent purpose so if that doesnt work of didnt lemme know
the acer orbicam it stop to working end it haent insind the system to pc
