(PROBLEM WAS - WHEN PULLING CHOCK- A SPRING OR SOMEKINE OF BAR IS MISSING TO ACTIVATE THE CHOCK MECHISM. THIS IS MOUNTED ON THE CHASIS OF THE MOWER ITSELF, TO BE ACTIVATED BY PUTTING THE CHOKE IN USE.

hello mr p, the model number TBS190 is not in the tecumseh data base no where it does not excist,the engine model is located on the side of the engine metal cover. oh is this engine a two or four cycle.i can not help you without the correct information.
hello mr p, i tried these numbers,and couldn't find any thing to match nunbers,could you recheck to make sure of correct numbers,need to know the brand of engine in question,it would help a whole lot,to solve your problem.
