You have to use Windows Media Player to Sync music files from your computer to the Coby mp3 player.

1. Connect your mp3 player to the computer
2. Open Windows Media Player
3. Click on the icon of your Mp3 player on the left-hand side of the Library
4. Click on the Songs, Tracks, or other Music Folder
5. Find a song or songs that you want to delete
6. Left-click the song once to highlight it
7. Press the “Delete” button on your computer’s keyboard

click start all programs accessories open windows explorer navigate to your music folder the music files right click on the music files select copy navigate back to the destination drive MP3 player right click select paste or hold the mouse cursor the?music files?drag them to destination folder MP3 player then drop them in
or if you are downloading files from the internet
once it starts downloading windows will ask whether you want to run or save it
a browse option will open you can save it into a folder in my documents or another device your MP3 a floppy or a usb device
